Steve is a highly sought after health and fitness expert and founding member of PeakXVfitness. Steve is a registered nutritional therapist, a chartered physiotherapist and a strength training coach.

He provides exercise and weight training solutions for weight loss and healthy eating services to clients from the local area such as Wandsworth Town, Wandsworth Common, Putney, Earlsfield, Southfield, Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon, Battersea, Clapham Junction, Clapham Common, Vauxhall, Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Victoria, Pimlico but occasionally has clients travel all the way from North, South, East, West and Central London. Steve has also attracted international clients with people travelling from the USA and Europe to attend his clinic.

Rebecca Whitehead (Rebs) is an experienced personal trainer specialising in women’s fitness and weight loss. Rebs is Reps Level 3 qualified with certificates in circuit training, core strength and stability, nutrition and weight management, pre and post natal exercise, hula hooping instructor, keiser, power plates.

Rebs syas “I have been into outdoor sports since childhood and went on to spend 4 years snowboarding in my 20’s chasing the winter seasons around the world.  It was when I was back in London that I decided I wanted to enter the fitness industry and qualified in 2008.  I am now a freelance Level 3 Personal Trainer, teaching a variety of strength and conditioning classes and bootcamps around London. I think it is really important to push your mind and body outside of your comfort zone regularly.  It’s supposed to be hard, if it wasn’t everyone would do it, hard is what makes it great!”

From a very early age I developed the fitness bug. My Mother was in the Royal Ballet and I studied dance for years. I am a keen runner and I am interested in most aspects of sports. I have taken part in many local running events.

I chose a career in Fitness Industry so that I can pass my passion onto others and see them meet their goals and build exercise into their daily lifestyles. I still can’t believe that I am getting paid for doing something that I love.

Before embarking on a career in the fitness industry, I was an Art Director working very long hours and sitting behind a desk all day. Becoming a Personal Trainer has allowed me to use my creative skills in the form of programme design and developing my own style as a Trainer.

My typical day as a Personal Trainer is spent by travelling to multiple clients and teaching group fitness classes. I train a wide range of individuals ageing from 22-68, all with specific goals and requirements. My day is very varied and interesting.

I have watched my client’s progress through exercise programmes and meet their desired targets and goals whilst offering them sound nutritional advice.
