wandsworth common boot campWandsworth Common boot camp is run by fitness company Peak XV Fitness. The sessions are designed for women who want to get fit or who are pressed for time whether it be for family reasons or work commitments.

The sessions are sixty minutes in length but are structured to get the most efficient workout possible. The three sessions each week will take care of all your fitness and fat loss needs. Sessions run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm and on a Sunday morning at 10am.

The Wandsworth Common Boot Camp sessions take place at the Nightingale Lane end of Wandsworth Common (the corner of Bolingbroke Grove) and run in all weathers. The sessions include running, circuit training, boxing, interval drills, kettle bell exercises along with other exercises. They run in all weathers and the focus is on fun and interaction with other members of the group.
